When I first saw this block several years ago, I loved that it was an inset pinwheel set on point. As I started sketching the layout, I created more movement by putting contrasting pinwheels in each intersection. Although the pinwheels in the blocks and the pinwheels in the sashing are actually identical, they appear to be moving in opposite directions. I love the beauty of the bright fabric against the white background.
Since it measures a small twin size (64″ x 88″), this is the perfect quilt for a bed, but is also still small enough to take on a picnic.
Hi April
Iâm a newbie writing to you. I love a lot of Your patterns, fabrics and designs. But I would like Paper Patterns. I Have a Printer that is 20 yrs. Old, I donât know what that means in printer life.đ
I tend not to do a pattern Iâve downloaded and printed off. Theyâll get mixed up with other papers, and swoosh into the garbage can they go.
Anyway do You Have a Paper Pattern of â Dancing on the Windâ?
Thanks for Your Time and Creativity
