Full of surprises.
I can’t wait.
Speaking of surprises, this plant (shown above) definitely surprised me. I had never seen or expected these blossoms. So, since you’re all so clever, how about you tell me what you think they are? Everyone who comments with a guess will be entered to win something fun from my stash–this is impromptu so I don’t know exactly what the prize is yet, but it will be of the fabricy variety. So tell me! Do you know what this plant is?
Good luck, and here’s to hoping you have beautiful ripening things in your gardens, too.
Well, hostas have all sorts of different blossoms… so that’s my guess.
I have a black thumb. I wouldn’t know what to guess! But, I’d love the chance to win. Tulip? Just kidding. How about some kind of Hydrangea??
It is a member of the Allium family. I just can’t tell you which one. Perhaps Egyption onions?
Green Onions gone to flower?
It looks like some sort of a wild onion. It is always fun to find new things you weren’t expecting!!!!
i think its garlic
my guess is garlic wild or tame i’m not sure
I agree with the lady who guessed the allum family. Is it fun to find things that pop up the least expected.
Mongolian Gem Allium ;)
I think it’s a flowering onion! Can’t wait to find out the true identity of this plant!
Hmmmmmmm…… I think I agree with the flowering onion. We had some in our yard last year and it looked similar. I really don’t know exactly, though ;)
i think that its garlic gone to seed. what ever it is – it sure is pretty!
allium. it will be fun to see for real!
I’m thinking Garlic. thanks for the chance!
I am no sure ……………… garlic or some kind of herb ( wow , aren’t I specific !) it looks cool whatever it is !!
I also think it is an onion or maybe garlic that has gone to flower – really pretty though!!
Whatever it is it sure is pretty. Is it a weed? I have been deceived by thier beauty in the past.
