One of my favorite quilt-alongs is the Fat Quarter Shop’s Charity Quilt-along–I love that I get to make something awesome and also benefit a good cause!

This year, the quilt benefits the Make-a-Wish foundation.

The quilt is called Heartfelt, so we decided that we would make ours out of lots of reds and pinks from my collections–a true patchwork of scraps!

Here are our first five blocks!

If you’d like to play along but you haven’t started yet, that’s ok! The first block pattern just released on Friday, and the second pattern won’t come out until March–so jump on in!
